Here is the latest information the FCC has made public about FlipShare TV. The Quick Start Guide really tells you and shows you what everything looks like and how it all goes together.
What is most intriguing to me is that you can not only watch on TV the video/photos in FlipShare on your own computer (using FlipShare 5.0), but you can share this material with others, to watch on their TV's, via Flip Channels.
Given Cisco's investment in Tandberg, and in video conferencing in general, and their stated interest, not only in visual communication, but in visual telepresence, how far away can Flip be from live video teleconferencing for consumers?
