We have just become aware of a wonderful resource for teachers that we think deserves our support.  There is a U.S. 501(c)3 non-profit charity, called "Digital Wish" whose mission is "to put technology in the hands of teachers to prepare today's students for tomorrow."

Digital Wish has made arrangements with the Flip Video Spotlight program to offer teachers two Flip Ultra camcorders for the price of one ($150).

If you are a supporter of K-13+ education, you can go to Digital Wish's website to donate money toward this cause; if you are a teacher, you can go to the same website to either obtain the discount or sign up to put Flips (or other technology) on your wishlist, to seek to have your wish fulfilled by a donor.

On the right-hand side of the page is a continuously changing list of purchases and donations. Also, check out the video lesson plans to see how teachers are using camcorders to enhance kids' education.
