If a picture is worth a thousand words, is a 12-second video worth 140 characters?

Meet the Twitter of video, 12seconds.tv.  You get twelve seconds to say what you have to say, or show what you have to show (within respectable limits.)

You can catch a baby's laughter in 12 seconds.  You can show off your dog's obedience training in 12 seconds.  (If it's my dog, it takes even less time than that.)  You can say "I like you" in 12 seconds. You can grab the funniest 12 seconds of a candid video.

You can even have video conversations in which each party gets 12 seconds to speak.  I have a feeling that many conversations would work a lot better that way.
